Water leaks located under a concrete slab can cause significant disruption without the proper equipment, it is all a guess when trying to find the broken pipe underneath all the concrete. Not to mention a major disruption to your daily routine.
A slab leak involves at minimum a hole being cut in your floor to expose the busted pipe so that plumbers can have access to make the necessary repairs. Cutting concrete can be very messy, therefore proper dust controls shall be implemented to keep you safe.
At Restoration 1 of Middle Tennessee, we have the appropriate equipment to locate a broken pipe beneath a slab, we can pinpoint the problem area to a three foot square, resulting in minimal demo work to make repairs.
